考察：
0.1W 単位の差異を，精度・再現性を保てるように測定するのは，どうやったのだろう? SRM Scienceでも誤差範囲のような．．． まぁハブよりも回転数の高いプーリーに使えば，何かメリットあるのかな? よくわからない．もし識者の方が見ておられましたら，コメント頂ければ幸甚です．
