On the next, ...

今期最初のターゲットレースもまだなのに,早くもその後のことで
頭が一杯である.その材料をいくつか.パワーメータはフィード
バックがダイレクトであり,トレーニングプランのplan-do-check-
act(PDCA)を考えたくなってしまうのだ.持続的に向上するSelf
